Certified Organic Whole White Mushrooms

Certified organic whole white mushrooms, the everyday mushroom for just about everything. Mild and tender when raw, they turn savoury and meaty once they hit a hot pan.

Keep them in a paper bag in the fridge and use within a few days. Wipe them clean rather than rinsing, then slice for stir-fries, omelettes and pizza, quarter them for a stew, or roast them whole with garlic and a splash of oil. Sold as shown.
