Certified organic cremini mushrooms, priced per unit as listed. Brown-capped and firmer than white button mushrooms, with a deeper, earthier flavour.

Store them in a paper bag in the fridge and wipe rather than soak them before cooking. Sauté them in butter for toast or pasta, roast them whole, slice them into omelettes and stir-fries, or add them to soups and stews.
