About this product
Certified organic rhubarb, sold by weight. The pink and green stalks are very tart and are almost always cooked with sugar, where they turn soft and jammy. Choose the weight you want and we pack it from our loose rhubarb. Only the stalks are eaten; the leaves are not edible.
Wrap the stalks and keep them in the fridge for up to a week. Bake them into crisps and pies, often with strawberries, stew them into a compote for yogurt and oatmeal, or make jam.
