About this product
A 1 lb (454 g) bag of certified organic parsnips. These cream-coloured roots are nutty and sweet, and their flavour deepens when they are roasted.
Keep them in the fridge crisper, where they stay firm for two to three weeks. Peel and roast them with olive oil and maple syrup, mash them with potatoes, or add them to soups and stews. Priced per bag.
