Camino Natural Cocoa Powder, 224 g

Camino's natural cocoa powder is 100% cacao with nothing else added. It is lighter in colour than Dutch-processed cocoa and has a deep chocolate flavour with a little natural bitterness. The cacao is grown by small-scale farmers and is Fairtrade certified.

Because it is not alkalized, natural cocoa is slightly acidic, which makes it the right pick for recipes that lean on baking soda for their rise: brownies, quick breads, muffins and chocolate cake. It also works stirred into hot milk, smoothies or oatmeal. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
