Camino Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder is organic, Fairtrade cocoa that has been treated with a small amount of potassium carbonate to neutralize the natural acidity and bitterness of cocoa. The result is a mellow flavour and a deep, dark colour.

Reach for it in brownies, chocolate cakes, hot chocolate and chocolate sauces. Because it is alkalized, it pairs best with recipes that call for baking powder rather than baking soda. The cocoa is grown by small-scale farmers. Store it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
