Bulk Organic Dulse Flakes

Organic dulse flakes from our bulk section, sold by weight. Dulse is a reddish-purple seaweed with a salty, savoury, slightly smoky flavour. Flaked, it is the easiest way to get seaweed into everyday cooking without any soaking or slicing.

Bring a clean jar or use one of our bags, weigh it empty at the till, scoop what you need and pay by weight. Sprinkle it over popcorn, eggs, salads and soups the way you would use a finishing salt, stir it into chowder, or pan-fry the flakes until crisp for a savoury topping. Keep it sealed and dry in the cupboard.
