Dulse flakes from Maine Coast Sea Vegetables are dried red seaweed cut into small flakes, sold in a 112 g bag. Dulse has a salty, savoury, slightly smoky flavour, and the flake cut makes it easy to use as a seasoning.

Sprinkle it over eggs, popcorn, soups, salads and grain bowls, stir it into a chowder, or add it to a bread or cracker dough. Some people simply eat it by the pinch. Keep the bag sealed in a dry cupboard and it will keep a long time. This is the larger bag; granules and whole leaf are listed separately.
