A 500 mL bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil from Acropolis Organics. It is grown under the company's Bioharvest system, a farming approach that does without chemical inputs, and the oil is first cold pressing with nothing added.

Keep it on the counter for everyday cooking: drizzle over salads and roasted vegetables, dip good bread in it, or use it as the base of a simple vinaigrette. Store it in a cool, dark cupboard with the cap on tight, and use it within a few months of opening for the best flavour.
