About this supplement
St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a yellow-flowered herb whose use as a calming remedy goes back to classical antiquity. St. Francis Herb Farm extracts the flowering tops at 1:4 in distilled water, certified organic alcohol and certified organic vegetable glycerine for this single-herb tincture.
It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sedative to help relieve restlessness and nervousness. It is one of the most-asked-for single herbs in our Stress section. Take it in a little water on an empty stomach as the label directs. 100 mL bottle with dropper.
