Established in 2006, Edenvale saw an opportunity within the market for a sophisticated beverage for those who choose not to consume alcohol. With lots of research, and some tinkering to custom modify spinning cone column technology to remove the alcohol from traditional wines while retaining the varietal-specific taste and aromas, Edenvale was born.

Australian wine with the alcohol removed, not the flavour.
Edenvale has made alcohol-removed wine in Australia since 2006. Each wine is fermented and finished the conventional way first, then the alcohol is drawn off under vacuum at low temperature so the aromas stay in the bottle. We carry the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Shiraz and Sparkling Cuvée, all under 0.5 percent alcohol.
