Yogi Tea Restful Sleep Herbal, 16 Bags

Yogi Restful Sleep is a caffeine-free herbal tea made for the last hour of the day. Delicate chamomile and floral lavender sit alongside earthy valerian root, softly sweet passionflower and skullcap, herbs traditionally used in herbalism as sleep aids, with spearmint, peppermint, licorice root and lemongrass so it tastes like tea rather than medicine. Every ingredient is organic.

Brew a cup about half an hour before bed and drink it slowly. A spoon of honey rounds off the valerian if you find it earthy. Best kept as a bedtime cup rather than an all-day drink.
