Dutchman's Gold Raw Honey, 500 g

Dutchman's Gold Raw Honey is 100% Canadian honey that is unheated, unpasteurized and only lightly filtered. Because it is never cooked, it keeps the naturally occurring bee pollen, and traces of royal jelly and beeswax, that come with honey straight from the hive.

Raw honey is thicker and often creamier than the liquid honey in a squeeze bottle. Spread it on toast, stir it into tea or oatmeal, use it in dressings and marinades, or eat it by the spoonful. It will firm up and crystallise over time; stand the jar in warm water if you want it runny again.
