Wedderspoon Organic Monofloral Manuka Honey KFactor 16 is raw, certified organic honey gathered from the remote mountains of New Zealand's South Island, where the bees work the Manuka bush. Wedderspoon says it was the first certified organic Manuka honey on the market. It is creamy and rich, and each batch is tested to meet or exceed New Zealand's MPI standard for authentic monofloral Manuka honey. It is also certified free of glyphosate.

Take it by the spoonful, spread it on toast, or stir it into tea, yogurt or a warm lemon drink. Store it at room temperature with the lid on.
