Wedderspoon KFactor 16 Monofloral Manuka Honey is raw, unpasteurized honey from New Zealand, gathered by bees working mainly the manuka bush. Monofloral means the honey is guaranteed to meet or exceed the New Zealand government's Monofloral Manuka Standard, and every jar is sourced, packed and sealed in New Zealand for traceability.

This is the larger 500 g jar. The honey is thick and creamy, with a rich, slightly earthy flavour that is deeper than clover honey. Take it by the spoonful, stir it into warm tea, drizzle it over yogurt or oats, or use it in dressings and marinades.
