About this product

A fragrant blend of organic herbs in the style of Southern France: basil, marjoram, thyme, fennel seed, tarragon and a touch of lavender. Organic and Non-GMO.

Use it to season roast chicken, lamb, pork and grilled fish, or add it to vegetables, casseroles, stews and tomato sauces. Rub it on with olive oil before roasting, or stir it into a vinaigrette. The lavender is noticeable, so start light and add more to taste. Keep the jar sealed away from heat and light.
