Watkins Assorted Food Coloring, 4 x 8.9 mL

Watkins Assorted Food Coloring is a set of four squeeze bottles, red, yellow, green and blue, coloured with plant sources instead of the FD&C dyes in conventional food colouring. Red comes from vegetable juice, yellow from turmeric, green from spirulina and turmeric, and blue from spirulina. The set is gluten-free and non-GMO.

Add it drop by drop to frosting, cake batter, cookie dough, royal icing or homemade play dough until you reach the shade you want. Natural colours tend to be softer than artificial ones and can shift with heat or acidity, so test a small amount first. Shake each bottle well before use.
