From Wabanaki
Barrel-aged maple syrup from Tobique First Nation.
Jolene Johnson founded Wabanaki Maple in 2017 on Neqotkuk, Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, as a way to share Wolastoqey culture. The syrup is aged in bourbon, whisky and toasted oak barrels, and the company is entirely Indigenous and woman owned.
