About this product
Namaste Foods Gluten Free Waffle & Pancake Mix makes light, fluffy pancakes and crisp waffles with a hint of pure vanilla, and it is one of the easier gluten-free mixes to get right on a weekend morning. The base is sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch and arrowroot, leavened with cream of tartar and baking soda.
It is free of the top allergens: wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulphites, sesame, casein, fish, crustaceans and shellfish. You add eggs, oil and water or rice milk. Each 595 g box makes two batches, enough for a couple of Sunday breakfasts or one big pancake party.
