Uncle Lee's Organic White Tea is Bai Mu Dan, also called White Peony, grown in the mountains of Fujian province in China. It is made from tender young buds and leaves that are minimally processed, gently washed, steamed, rolled and dried, so the tea keeps its delicate flavour and aroma. The tea is grown without pesticides, using only natural fertilizers, and is organic.

The box holds 100 tea bags. Steep with water just off the boil for a few minutes; white tea is forgiving and rarely turns bitter. Good hot in the afternoon, and it makes a light, refreshing iced tea too. Low in caffeine and kosher.
