Ginger Aid is Traditional Medicinals' digestive blend: organic ginger rhizome joined by moringa leaf, turmeric rhizome, caraway fruit and cinnamon bark. Ginger has been celebrated by herbalists for millennia for the compounds that help settle digestive discomfort, and the supporting herbs make this a warmer, rounder cup than plain ginger tea.

It is meant for after a meal, and it travels well; toss a few bags in your carry-on. Brew with freshly boiled water, steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes and squeeze the bag. All ingredients are organic, and the tea is naturally caffeine-free. Each box holds 16 tea bags.

How to use
Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover & Steep for 10-15 min. Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 1 cup per day or as needed. Especially good to drink before or after meals.
