Traditional Medicinals Organic Chamomile and Lavender is a gentle, aromatic blend of three calming herbs: organic chamomile flower, organic English lavender flower and organic lemon balm leaf. Traditional Medicinals' herbalists put it together as a cup to bring some calm to a busy day.

The taste is delightfully floral with distinct lavender notes, softened by the honeyed chamomile. Some of the herbs come from organic farms in Egypt and the meadows of Bulgaria. Brew it with two bags per cup and steep covered so the essential oils stay in the tea. The blend is caffeine free, non-GMO, kosher and made by a Certified B Corp.
