A gently sweet cracker from The Fine Cheese Co., made with wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, studded with pieces of dried fig and finished with a drizzle of honey and dark muscovado sugar. Like the rest of the range it is kept subtle on purpose, so the fruit sits in the background and the cheese stays the star.

The maker suggests Manchego or any ewes' milk cheese, and blue cheese is a natural match as well. They are also good on their own with a cup of tea. Keep the box closed once opened.
