A sweet-heat seasoning from The Halifax Honey Co., made with dehydrated honey, chilies and garlic. It is honey powder, powdered chili and garlic powder in a shaker, so you get the flavour of hot honey without the sticky drizzle.

Shake it over wings, roasted vegetables, pizza, popcorn or fried chicken. It also works rubbed on pork or salmon before it hits the grill. Keep the lid on tight and store it away from the stove so it does not clump.
