Thai Kitchen's red curry paste is a concentrated blend of red chili, garlic, lemongrass, galangal (Thai ginger), shallot, coriander root and kaffir lime peel, with salt. A spoonful is the shortcut to a proper red curry: fry it in a little oil, add coconut milk and whatever vegetables, tofu, chicken or shrimp you have, and simmer.

It also works as a stir-fry seasoning, a soup base, or a teaspoon stirred into a marinade for a bit of heat. Refrigerate the 112 g jar after opening and use it a tablespoon at a time. Gluten-free and non-GMO.
