About this product
Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste is a concentrated paste of fresh green chili, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, lime peel and spices, including galangal (Thai ginger). It is the shortcut to a proper Thai green curry: fry a spoonful in a little oil, add coconut milk, then vegetables, tofu, chicken or shrimp, and simmer.
It is useful beyond curry too. Stir a teaspoon into a stir-fry, a soup base or a marinade for a hit of heat and citrusy aroma. It is gluten-free and non-GMO, and the ingredient list is entirely plant-based. Keep it in the fridge once opened.
