Sundhed's hickory smoked salt is salt that has taken on the flavour of hickory smoke, in a 210 g package. It brings a smoky, barbecue note to a dish without lighting a fire.

Use it as a finishing salt on grilled meat and fish, roasted vegetables, corn on the cob or a baked potato, rub it onto ribs or chicken before cooking, or add a pinch to chili, baked beans or a Caesar rim. A little goes a long way. Keep it sealed and dry so it holds its aroma.
