Skye Glen Creamery quark is a fresh, soft cheese in a 250 g tub. Quark sits somewhere between yogurt and cream cheese: smooth, mild and slightly tangy, with none of the aging that firmer cheeses get.

Spread it on toast, stir it with fruit and honey for breakfast, dollop it on baked potatoes or use it in place of cream cheese or sour cream in baking and dips. It works in both sweet and savoury dishes. Keep it refrigerated and use it by the date on the tub.
