Schär's gluten-free Hot Dog Rolls are soft, fluffy buns made for the barbecue. Each 228 g pack holds four rolls that split cleanly and hold a sausage without tearing, which is not something every gluten-free bun can claim.

They are baked with ancient grains, including millet flour, on a rice and corn sourdough base, and fortified with vitamins and minerals. Psyllium husk makes them a good source of fibre. Warm them briefly on the grill or in the oven before filling; they are best the day the pack is opened. They also work for sausages at breakfast or a quick garlic bread. May contain sesame.
