Like a Boss is routine.'s strongest formula, for people who sweat hard and want a deodorant that keeps up. The scent is clean and green: rose geranium and rosemary, brightened with mandarin, sweet orange, bergamot, lavender and a little spearmint. It comes as a soft cream in a 58 g jar.

Baking soda is the second ingredient here and there is no magnesium, which is what makes this the mighty option in the line; if your underarms are sensitive to baking soda, one of the magnesium-based scents may suit you better. The base is coconut oil, corn starch, kaolin clay, beeswax, shea and cocoa butters and calendula-infused olive oil. Warm a small amount between your fingertips and smooth it on.
