Turmeric root, ginger root and galangal give it its spice, licorice root and natural orange flavour add sweetness, and nettle leaf and burdock root round out the blend. The result is bright and golden in the cup, with a gentle heat that lingers.

All of the ingredients are organic, 20% of the blend by dried weight (the licorice and nettle) is FairWild certified, and there are no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine-free. It makes a good mid-afternoon cup or an evening one, hot or poured over ice.
