Organic Vegan Cacao Nibs Bulk

Organic cacao nibs are raw cocoa beans broken into small, crunchy pieces, with nothing added. They taste like very dark chocolate: intense, a little bitter, with no sugar to soften it. They are vegan and organic, and sold by weight from our bulk section.

Sprinkle them over oatmeal, yogurt and smoothie bowls, fold them into cookie dough and granola in place of chocolate chips, or blend them into smoothies and energy bites. They add crunch and a deep cocoa flavour wherever they go. Store them in a sealed jar in a cool, dry cupboard.
