About this product

Single-serve stick packs of fibre, prebiotics and probiotics in a bright yuzu lime flavour. Each sachet has 8 g of gentle soluble fibre from organic acacia and chicory inulin, about 29% of a day's fibre, plus Bacillus coagulans, a shelf-stable probiotic. Lemon juice powder and a touch of turmeric for colour round it out, with stevia for sweetness.

There is no added sugar, no fillers and no grit; it mixes smooth and thin rather than thick and clumpy, so it drinks like a citrus water. Tear open a sachet, add it to water, shake and sip. Handy for a desk drawer, gym bag or travel. Organic Traditions says it helps support a balanced gut microbiome.
