About this product
Only Oats Quick Oats are whole grain oat flakes made by rolling steel-cut oats thin, so they cook faster than a large flake without turning to powder. They are gluten-free, which matters if you have been avoiding oats because of cross-contact with wheat.
Use them for a quick stovetop or microwave porridge, overnight oats, cookies, muffins and crumble toppings, or blitz them into oat flour. One ingredient only. The 1 kg bag is the size to buy if oats are a daily habit in your house.
