NOA Non-Alcoholic Italian Amaro is an alcohol-free take on the classic bitter Sicilian digestivo, inspired by Averna and made the slow, old-world way. French chicory brings notes of coffee and cola, a long orange maceration gives it a clean, slightly oily texture, and roasted spices add cinnamon and anise, all held together by the bitterness of gentian.

The 250 mL bottle is a good way to try it before committing to a full size. Sip it neat or over ice after dinner, top it with soda and an orange slice, or use it in place of amaro in a cocktail.
