NOA Non-Alcoholic Italian Amaro is crafted the way it used to be done, when people took the time to do it right. It is rooted in old-world tradition and inspired by Averna, the Sicilian amaro made for generations. French chicory adds notes of coffee and cola, a long orange maceration gives a clean, oily texture, and roasted spices bring cinnamon and anise over the bitterness of gentian.

Serve it neat or on ice as a digestivo, lengthen it with soda and orange, or use it wherever a cocktail calls for amaro. The full 700 mL bottle is the one to keep on the bar cart.
