Nature's Way Organic Pure Virgin Coconut Oil is cold pressed and produced without hexane, and it has a neutral, creamy flavour that does not push coconut into everything you cook. Use it in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other oils for frying, roasting and baking.

It is solid at room temperature and melts to a clear liquid at about 24 degrees C, then sets again as it cools. Colour can vary a little from jar to jar, which is normal for a natural product. Some people also use it as a pre-shampoo hair treatment.
