Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is unrefined, cold-pressed and virgin, which means the oil is handled as little as possible between the coconut and the jar. It has a light taste, a pleasant coconut aroma and a pure white colour when solid. Certified organic, non-GMO and kosher, in packaging that is free of BPA.

It has a creamy taste of the tropics that suits both cooking and baking; Nutiva rates it for use at temperatures up to 175°C, so it is good for sautéing, roasting and baking, and a spoonful lifts curries and granola. Many people also keep a jar for body care. 860 mL jar; store at room temperature.
