Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is cold-pressed from fresh coconuts, grown and pressed in the Philippines, and left unrefined so it keeps a full coconut flavour and aroma. It is organic and comes in a 444 mL jar.

It is one of the more versatile jars in the pantry. Use it for sautéing and roasting, swap it for butter in baking, or stir a spoonful into oatmeal or a smoothie. Plenty of people keep a second jar in the bathroom as a simple body or hair moisturiser. It is solid at room temperature and melts quickly with a bit of heat; store it in the cupboard, not the fridge.
