Nature's Harmony Sleeptight Melatonin 1 mg, 90 Capsules

Nature's Harmony Sleeptight Melatonin 1 mg is the low-strength option in the range, for people who want to start small or who find that a little melatonin is all they need. Each capsule provides 1 mg of melatonin, with a plain base of calcium silicate, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose and silicon dioxide, and no flavour or sweetener.

A lower strength also makes it easier to fine-tune, since you are not committing to more than you want. Ninety to the bottle, so it lasts. Like the rest of the Sleeptight line, it is a simple, no-frills melatonin with nothing added that does not need to be there.
