Fold in shredded carrot, raisins or currants and chopped nuts and you have a carrot cake. The mix is built on sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch and arrowroot, and it is free from the top allergens: wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulphites, sesame, fish and shellfish.
