Namaste Foods Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix is a rich, dark chocolate cake you can serve to a mixed crowd without anyone noticing it is allergen-friendly. The mix is free from wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulphites, sesame, casein, fish, crustaceans and shellfish, so it works for a bake sale as well as a birthday.

Each 737 g box makes two 9-inch round cakes: build a layer cake or freeze one for later. You add eggs, oil and water; the base is sweet brown rice flour with tapioca starch and arrowroot, and the cocoa is alkalized for a smooth flavour. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
