Each 737 g box makes two 9-inch round cakes: build a layer cake or freeze one for later. You add eggs, oil and water; the base is sweet brown rice flour with tapioca starch and arrowroot, and the cocoa is alkalized for a smooth flavour. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
