Formulated by Naka Pro, Organic MCT Oil is a natural energy booster. As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 3 times daily. Naka's Organic MCT oil is derived from organic coconuts and unlike coconut oil, only contains the medium chain triglycerides that are linked to a boost in energy and good health. This oil can be used in coffee, mixed in with yogurt, as a salad dressing, smoothies or drizzled over any dish. Not recomended for cooking with, as heating the oil can damage the oils properties

Adults take 1 TBSP 1-3 times daily.
