Monday's non-alcoholic whiskey is an alcohol-free spirit handcrafted in small batches by an award-winning bourbon maker and matured in new white oak. On the nose you get butterscotch, raisin and toasted brown sugar; the palate brings roasted coffee, rich caramel and warm molasses, and the finish is long with a spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange.

Pour it over ice, build an alcohol-free old fashioned or whiskey sour, or top it with ginger ale. It is sweetened with monk fruit rather than sugar and is made for anyone who is sober, sober-curious or simply driving tonight.
