Maldon Original Sea Salt Flakes are the soft, pyramid-shaped flakes that cooks reach for when a dish is finished and just needs a last touch. They are handcrafted in small batches and contain nothing but sea salt. The flakes crush easily between your fingers and give a clean, bright saltiness with a little crunch.

Use it as a finishing salt on roast vegetables, steak, eggs, salads and sliced tomatoes, on the rim of a cocktail glass, or over chocolate desserts and caramel. It also works in rubs and marinades. Keep the 240 g box somewhere dry.
