About this product
Lundberg's California white basmati is a long-grain aromatic rice with the fragrance of Indian basmati, though the grains stay a little shorter when cooked. It cooks up fluffy and dry, with each grain separate, and fills the kitchen with that familiar basmati scent while it simmers.
It is especially good in stir-fries, rice salads, stuffing and pilafs, and it works in rice desserts too. It cooks in about 15 minutes plus a short rest, which makes it a weeknight staple. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
