Lundberg California Brown Jasmine Rice

Lundberg California Brown Jasmine Rice is an aromatic long grain rice grown in California. It keeps its bran layer, so you get the delicate jasmine scent as it cooks along with the fuller flavour and slightly chewier texture of a whole grain. The grains cook up moist and tender.

Use it as a side dish, in pilafs and grain bowls, or wherever you would normally reach for white jasmine rice. It takes about 40 minutes on the stovetop and works in a rice cooker too.

1. Combine rice, liquid, and butter or oil in a pot, and bring to a boil.
2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook for 40 minutes.
3. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
