Lotus Foods' Organic Jade Pearl Rice is a white rice infused with wildcrafted bamboo extract, which gives the grain its pale jade colour. Two ingredients, nothing else: no additives, no oil, and it is gluten-free and non-GMO.

Cook it as you would any white rice and serve it where the colour can show: alongside fish, under a curry or in a rice salad. Store the bag sealed in a dry cupboard.
