Ooh La La! is Laughing Whale's French roast, taken very dark for people who like their coffee bold, smoky and low on acidity. It is 100% Arabica and roasted in Atlantic Canada, and it is the one to choose if a medium roast tastes thin to you.

This is the whole bean bag. Dark-roasted beans are oilier and a little more fragile, so grind just before brewing and use a coarse grind for French press or a fine one for espresso, where this roast shines. Keep the beans sealed in a cool, dark cupboard.
