La Tourangelle Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil, 250 mL

La Tourangelle's Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil is made the traditional Styrian way: pumpkin seeds are slowly roasted, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered, which gives the oil its dark green colour and deep, rich, nutty flavour. It is a finishing oil rather than a cooking oil, since heat dulls its flavour and character.

Drizzle it over salads, roasted squash, pasta or a bowl of soup, or whisk it into a dressing. It is non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and sodium-free. Store it in a cool, dry place; it keeps 14 months unopened and is best used within 6 months of opening. This is the 250 mL size.
